General District Information (as per SB 09-087)

The San Juan Water Conservancy District (SJWCD or District) is governed by a ten member Board of Directors who serve four-year terms. The Board adopts an annual budget based upon a mill levy. The present Board, their positions, and current terms of office are as follows:

• Diane Bower (to March 21, 2012)
• Jack Delange, Secretary/Treasurer (to March 21, 2010)
• Windsor Chacey, Director (to March 21, 2010)
• Fred Ebeling, Director (to March 21, 2010)
• Mark Garcia, Director (to March 21, 2012)
• Harold Slavinski, Director (to November 29, 2011)
• Pat Ullrich, Director (to March 21, 2012)
• Carrie Weiss, Director (to January 6, 2013)
• Karen Wessels, Director (to March 21, 2012)

The Board meetings, which are open to the public, begin at 9:00 a.m. the second Monday of each month at 100 Lyn Avenue in the Pagosa Area Water and Sanitation District Board room.
